MKF TFM Service Provision Delivered against strict Diageo monthly reporting KPI’s across EHS, Finance, Operations & Building Plant Availability (Zero Unscheduled Downtime or Business Impact)

MKF team support GSH deliver over €1.6M of building/plant refurbishments through our procurement, management and commissioning/handover of these projects.

MKF regularly act as GSH FM Project Interface during the delivery of large Capital upgrade projects, ensuring the Business remains fully operational throughout construction, with zero Business Impact or unscheduled downtime. Such projects for example would include the recent redevelopment of the Gravity Bar.
