MKF provide a comprehensive Technical Maintenance and Critical Operations service to Hertz Europe Service Centre across a FM Service Delivery Contract.

Hertz Europe Service Centre is the central European Hub for all Hertz Reservations, IT and Finance Operations with over 900 staff across 220,000 sq ft.

Comprising of both call centre and critical data/comms space, this 220,000 sqft building is the sole location for all European Calls and Data, and as such is classed as a critical operational environment for Hertz European Operations.

MKF Provide a Dedicated FM technical team reporting to the Hertz FM & Construction Director, with MKF 24/7 emergency support to this Critical Business Location.
